Broc Diem

When I started at Penske, I was a customer service representative which required me to give the best service to customers all day, everyday! From there, I moved into the shop where I earned my preventative maintenance certification, performed daily inspections, and repairs!

Working as a cashier gave me my first work experience, but also some of the most important. As a cashier, it is constantly dealing with customers and having to offer great service, that helped me exponentially with communication and problem-solving.
