Im a fast learner with a wide array of work experiences. I have done every job there is in a restaurant from management to dishwashing. I have been self employed as a hunting and fishing guide and did all tasks that came along with running a small business. I have spent 7 years of my working life working with high risk youth in a treatment setting where I started at an entry level counselor and worker my way into upper management. All of this was because of my determination, ability to learn, and the desire to excell.
Job duties were preparing food as ordered, prepping ingredients for use, and cleaning of work area and equipment. All duties were performed to meet health code set by the South Dakota Department of Health.
