My responsibilities as an inventory specialist are to provide detailed descriptive notations of damaged property in severely damaged homes that suffer from fires. Other duties include but are not limited to: determining age and replacement costs for these items, and creating detailed spreadsheets of findings.

In this role, I provided insurance solutions to clients within the workplace benefits program. My responsibilities included consulting with clients to identify coverage needs, presenting personalized insurance options, and managing policy enrollments and renewals. I consistently exceeded performance goals by building strong client relationships, maintaining compliance standards, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up.

Assisting borrowers with mortgage pre-approvals prior to sending to loan officer. In short detail, some of my duties include reviewing documents, verifying income and taxes, assisting clients with improving credit scores, and communicating all necessary information to borrowers and their agents. Overall, making sure that all loans are ready for submission.

My job as a cosmetologist is to make everyone who sits in my chair feel beautiful. I aspire to make people feel great, inside and out. My clients have noted on my communication and patience, as I focus on customer relations. I expressed a high level of comfort with suggesting product purchases to styling clients, leading to increased revenues and customer satisfaction.
