As working as a Certified Trainer, I am able to easily watch others and critique them on the small things. My job is to make sure people feel comfortable in their work environments especially if it is their first job. I have worked with my current employer to create training plans and monitor what people struggle on and what they are good at. I am currently a Dual enrollment student through TSC. With that being said, I am available majority of the week anytime due to not having to attend classes on campus.
