I am a 3rd year, Elementary School Teacher with expertise in early education with 2nd through 3rd grade teaching experience. I am familiar with developing lesson plans to meet district and state standards, including Florida's B.E.S.T. standards and other online resources and platforms to promote learning. I also have experience with students who have special needs, knows how to implement IEP's, BIPS, and 504's, effectively. Confidently offers classroom instruction and personalized student support using balance of traditional and modern approaches. But most of all, my pride is in my ability to build relationships inside the classroom, with students and with parents. As, at the end of the day, the best way to get the best out of your student(s), is to know them at their core. And that is my goal each and every school year.
