  • Lead end-to-end Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) execution within PDM systems (OTX Teamcenter and Arena Empower), controlling routing, approvals, publication, and release of new part numbers and revisions.
  • Chair and manage Configuration Control Boards (CCBs), ensuring appropriate technical review, risk assessment, and cross-functional alignment prior to implementation.
  • Publish approved ECPs while maintaining full lifecycle traceability, audit readiness, and configuration integrity.
  • Serve as primary interface for customer change communications, formally notifying customers of configuration changes and obtaining documented approvals.
  • Ensure customer concurrence is properly recorded and retained to meet contractual, regulatory, and audit requirements.
  • Own and maintain configuration data within the ERP system, including: Item masters, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Engineering standards and specifications, Specification BOMs (spec BOMs).
  • Ensure alignment and data integrity between PDM and ERP systems to support manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and MRO operations.
  • Manage FAA Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) activities, including application maintenance, compliance documentation, and quarterly submittals to the FAA.
  • Maintain PMA status through proactive coordination with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
  • Own and control all applicable industry specifications and standards for the organization, ensuring current revisions and consistent application across programs.
  • Interface directly with the Department of Defense (DoD) and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) on military programs.
  • Prepare and submit configuration change packages for military review, acceptance, and approval.
