General Medicine Clinical Rotation
3 Months- Performed examinations and evaluations of patients
- Completed general rehabilitation and specific interventions to help recovery

- Attended and communicated at care conferences with other disciplines to discuss patient status
- Presented an in-service on transfer training for the nursing staff.

2 Months- Performed initial examination and evaluation and monthly reassessment of patients
- Determined plan of care and goals for patients
- Completed specific interventions to improve function to allow for return to prior level of function
- Determined appropriateness for patient discharge or referral depending upon patient’s progress
- Presented an in-service for patient education following a TKA
- Majority of patients seen included general elective surgeries, low back pain, neck pain, ACL reconstruction, and a variety of other general orthopedic cases
