  • Independently lead a staff a 3-5 employees who perform work up to the NF-03 level. Lead, review and set the pace of work assignments on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Train new employees and serve as facility operator in support of recreational activities applying practical knowledge and skills in the use of fitness equipment and facility maintenance.
  • Help plan, conduct, publicize, promote and support a variety of events, social activities and programming related to DFMWR.
  • Conduct facility inspections, environmental compliance inspection reports, ACCRO, Key control issue and inventory, maintain staff training records, and ensure all fire safety and security measures are being upheld at the facility.
  • Report daily logs, daily facility usage, incident reports, and assist manager with any additional tasks as required. Enter work orders for building repairs, schedule equipment repair and maintenance as needed.
  • CPR AED certified. IMCOM Academy certified (MWR Orientation/PCI/OPEX). IMCOM Basic Management Certified. Fire Building Manager and Environmental Operations Management Certified. Civilian Education System (CES) - Foundation Course completed. Currently enrolled in CES - Basic course.
