I’m drawn to the stories people leave behind—the ones etched in postcards never sent, whispered through family recipes, or stored in dusty drawers full of yellowing photographs. As a student, writer, and future nonprofit founder, I’m guided by a quiet persistence to understand the past and use it to care more deeply for the present. I want to build things that last—not in size or speed, but in sincerity. Whether through mental health advocacy, environmental work, or cultural preservation, I believe in the small things that add up: listening carefully, helping consistently, and learning endlessly.

Experience & Impact
Bird Research & Wildlife Rehabilitation
Helping rehabilitate injured birds taught me that healing isn’t loud—it’s small, daily acts. I clean enclosures, observe species' behavior, and assist with feeding and research. It’s quiet work, but it’s where I found calm, consistency, and purpose.
Volunteer – Teen Mental Health & Drug/Alcohol Abuse Prevention
I contribute to initiatives raising awareness about teen mental health and addiction prevention—spaces that matter deeply to me. I help create resources, participate in outreach efforts, and support those who are holding stories that are difficult to tell.
Portugal Volunteer Program – Summer 2025 (Upcoming)
This summer, I’ll be volunteering in Portugal on projects focused on community support and animal care. I’ll serve vulnerable populations by organizing donations, preparing meals, and providing presence where it’s needed most. Simultaneously, I’ll assist in animal care efforts, supporting shelters and contributing to rehabilitation. I’m committed to service that doesn’t try to fix everything but shows up with consistency, empathy, and a willingness to learn from every life I encounter—human or not.
Founder – Of the Living (Launching Summer 2025)
I’m creating a nonprofit that blends storytelling, genealogy, and cultural preservation. Of the Living is a digital platform where people can share stories about their ancestry, traditions, and meaningful family objects. It’s a project inspired by my own relationship to loss and legacy, with a goal of preserving history through personal memory.
Envision National Leadership Program – Participant
I’ve been a member of Envision’s Medicine track since third grade. This program has continuously sparked my interest in healthcare, and as a lifelong member, I’ve had access to hands-on learning experiences that have deepened my curiosity and understanding of the healthcare system. It has solidified my commitment to pursuing a career where I can blend my passion for science with my desire to make a tangible difference in people’s lives.

Genealogy. Antique objects. Genuine kindness. The quiet glow of old light bulbs. Birdsong. Accessible and honest mental health care. The belief that even if I haven’t done “enough” yet, I can still create something meaningful.
