I would say between the two jobs. I have learned a lot and developed so many skills. I have strengthened my skills by learning and watching the ones who have been there for the longest teach me things, improved myself by wanting more from the job, stepped out of my shell to try new things. In that time frame, I growed with both companies, and made myself known there in good positive ways. I became a really dedicated, hard worker who you can depend on. My customer service skills came fast, and my experience was great ! At both jobs I learned different things. Both jobs taught me my skills for today's world, and helped me become the person I am today. For example : Walmart taught me my customer service skills, my cash handling, helped me alot with communication towards my customers, and employees, and helped me realize how important it is that we take care of our product for our customers. Having a customer service job comes with alot of responsibility, and creates a bond with your job, and the people. Amazon, helped me realize that it's okay to be different, and comfortable at a job. I stepped up from a customer processor to a pallet jack expert who handled the processed materials. I developed more friendships here with people, and became way more comfortable. My mangers had the nicest, positive things to say about me from both jobs. In conclusion, I learned, I growed, and taught myself new things.
