Was heavily cross trained and worked double shifts opening and closing. I was the only female busser working for a while that could also food run and host. The bussers were responsible for everything ranging from taking out trash to cleaning bathrooms, refilling ice, refilling chip boxes, going to the shed for needed supplies, etc.
Ended up training as an expo for a while to help out some of the overworked expo we currently had, the work was great.
Carried endless large food trays to and from the entire restaurant while also being responsible for helping those who need it.
