I became a Varsity cheerleader in my Sophomore year of high school. I dedicated my freshman summer to learning and conditioning my body to be a better cheerleader. I learned how to be part of a small group of girls who have different ideas of how to do one task and work together to make all ideas become one in order to complete the take at hand. Being a cheerleader has all eyes on you year round because you are the face of an organization, you are the leader and builder of school spirit.
