  • My team created $24 Million in volume in 2023 which was a 54% pick up over last year.
  • I won an award for the biggest volume pick-up and the highest percent increase in the company in 2023.
  • Recruit sellers with stylist potential, and teach them how to build a styling business. Once they achieve certain metrics, they can be promoted to Premium Stylist. I will have three new Premium Stylists promoted in 2025.

  • Rack business is about getting new deliveries to the floor and organizing them in a way that customers can shop without assistance. We greet in the rack and are helpful, but not full service like our full-price stores.
  • Rack goals are to be clean, clutter-free, sized, organized, and have a fast and friendly checkout.
  • After a year, I decided to move back to Virginia; I wanted to be back in our Full Price stores and missed the relationship part of our business. The Rack is mostly about open, rational processes and daily rhythms to get as many units sold and out the door as possible. Great experience but a year was enough.
