Operated a deli slicer to ensure quality sandwiches were prepared for our customers. During operation, general maintenance of the slicers was performed periodically throughout the shift. Additionally, those who operated the slicer at Jersey Mike's Subs would also need previous expertise on the grill, making hot subs. I spent roughly two months learning grill before I was experienced enough to work the slicer. I often worked both the slicer and the grill during shifts. I am well experienced on both the grill, as well as the deli slicer.
