Head Coach for MLS Pre-Academy boys and MLS2(now National Academy League, NAL). Age groups were 2009 Pre Academy, 2007 Premier, 2011 Pre- Academy, 2008 Premier,
2013 Pre-Academy, 2010 NAL Boys. Focus on all teams was to work on pressure and possession while keeping the ball on the ground. Using and expanding their soccer IQ's and not just their raw natural ability. Each individual player improving and developing in a team oriented environment where there's more focus on reacting than blaming anyone for a mistake made on the field.

Staying as professional and organized as possible Whether it be coaching or Directing the clinics from 3 year olds to 2nd grade or with the pre-academy or premier teams Making sure there isn't kick and run play but building out with passing and moving and using individual skills in spaces where they can take advantage and drive at opponent As a coach my main focus has always been the development of players Keeping cohesion from entering the environment and having everyone understand that team comes first while still unlocking and improving their individual skills in such setting Making sure there in constantly a gradual progression and understanding as to why each exercise is performed and how it translates to the game
