- Developed a novel platform to analyze 3D co-cultures of primary cancer cells and lymphocytes and monocytes using microfluidic devices.
- Designed and carried out complex laboratory experiments to assess effectiveness of cancer immunotherapy in primary cancer cells.
- Developed immunoassays to analyze cytokines released by PBMCs using nano-plotter and immunofluorescence techniques, molecular assays and electrochemical techniques
