• Negotiate price and terms of sales and service agreements.
• Emphasize and recommend service features based on knowledge of customers' needs, capabilities and limitations.
• Inform customers of contracts and other information pertaining to purchased services.
• Answer questions about services, prices, availability, or credit terms.
• Contact prospective or existing customers to discuss services.
• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Assist with new hire orientation and employee training.

• Perform visual scans on incoming merchandise to verify accuracy, standards, and prepare for put-away.
• Use handheld RF scanners to read/scan barcodes, and sort items with greater accuracy.
• Dispose of damaged or defective items.
• Pack customer purchases in bags or cartons.

• Maintain a clean and healthy environment by following proper safety and sanitation regulations.

• Brew espresso and added syrups or steam milk to craft specialty drinks.

• Operate cash registers and handle card transactions.

• Sell and serve baked goods or miscellaneous food items to increase company revenue.

• Welcome customers; answer questions regarding menu items and preparation methods.

• Prepare and package mobile/delivery orders for patrons.

• Clean and restock dining room and bar areas.

• Perform dishwashing and sanitation tasks.

• Prepare teas, hot chocolate and other non-coffee drinks for customers.

• Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply and stocking brewing equipment.
