When I started working at Rockefeller’s famous observation exhibit I started off as a host. 6 months into the job I got promoted as a supervisor due to my customer service skills and leadership qualities. Some of the skills that made me stand out was being bilingual, great problem solver, having patience, and being a team player. As I became a supervisor some of my duties are Training new employees on company policies, job duties, and performance expectations. Resolving customer’s complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customers satisfaction and loyalty. Managing staff’s lunch breaks, and addressing and resolving interpersonal conflicts within the team, Maintaining a harmonious work environment.
