When I started working at Rockefeller’s famous observation exhibit I started off as a host. 6 months into the job I got promoted as a supervisor due to my customer service skills and leadership qualities. Some of the skills that made me stand out was being bilingual, great problem solver, having patience, and being a team player. As I became a supervisor some of my duties are Training new employees on company policies, job duties, and performance expectations. Resolving customer’s complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customers satisfaction and loyalty.   • I started at this company as an apprentice learning how to safely climb towers, do break fix work and telecom site builds/construction for T-moblie
  • I first joined when T-moblie was installing the mix mode Baseband 6630s for L600, L700, and NR600

  • Once issue was detected, I would climb the T-mobile towers following OSHA standards and safety procedures to replace any faulty equipment
  • Due to my fast pace and eagerness to learn I was promptly promoted to tech 2 and was assigned to a group doing new construction builds for Sprint keep sites after the merge
  • During this time I was running new hybrid cables to support the new 2.5 frequency that was bought from Sprint, as well as installing octo port antennas, 6449 radios, 6160 Ericsson cabinets for both Sprint keep and anchor sites
  • Ran all necessary cables between cabinets to support the integrators performing Anchor builds and IXR-e router installations
