Additional Information

As a working supervisor at Gasket Engineering, I was in charge or 50 people at 7 different processes. i learned more working there from my direct manager then i did in school about supply and demand as well as keeping the flow going for maximum output. I was also very active in the compliance to ISO audits and regulations. As the team Lead at StandardAero i had a small team, but like to think as the 3rd shift crew we changed the stereotype of 3rd shift by producing just as much product as a fully staffed shift with the coaching i learned at my previous job. Im looking forward to continuing my progression with this company in improving the Gates product line production to meet the fast growing industry of the oil field for the future.
