Progressed, from entry level position to an evaluator position which i have held for the past two years. I currently supervise 22 Airman which i mentor and manage in depth trouble shooting and overhaul maintenance on C-5M super galaxy. I was awarded this position after being Step promoted(stripes to exceptional performers) for my performance . I am one of two Airman in the past 10 years to receive this honor.

• Authority to sign of major repairs across 6 different career fields to include: AFIN, Communication Navigation, Hydraulics, Electrical and environmental, Crew Chief, Engines/Jets.
• Skilled in root cause analysis based on pilots' description and diagnostic testing

• Skilled with with repair and deviation based on interpretation of manuals and service bulletins.
