Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and other various machines both company branded and non company branded machines. Maintain a good work pace and time line of repairs. Make quotes and look up parts for repairs and customer needs. Maintain various equipment for shop use and rental use. Fabricate and use torches and various other shop tools to make repairs necessary for customer needs. Weld broken parts or fabricate new parts for machines and attachments.

Assist in repairs and maintenance of various farm equipment. Service owners equipment so that it will operate properly and with out problems during busy seasons. Operate equipment in a safe manner on and off roadways. Perform various tasks with out supervision knowing that the job will be done correctly and in a timely fashion. Travel to and from various work sites to repair or operate machines to help keep productivity up. Assist with transporting / hauling customer and farm owners equipment.

Maintain and repair customer vehicles. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems using laptops and other troubleshooting procedures to correct issues. Rebuild engines and replace clutches in customer vehicles. Program and replace various electrical components when needed ( injectors and ECMS). Remove valuable engine and other truck parts for reuse or resale.

Troubleshoot and repair customer vehicles and equipment in a timely manner. Rebuild / replace necessary parts in order to get vehicle or equipment operational. Lead a team of coworkers on an engine rebuilding project to meet deadlines for shipping arrangements and for testing. Perform repairs out on site for customers and for rental / sold equipment. Rebuild various caterpillar engines in a timely manner and make sure all parts are ordered for each job. Work with other employees on bigger job to complete projects for customer needs.
