Summary
Over the 9 years with the organization I have held many rolls within R&T. North Americas representative to the global molding harmonization team. Contributing member of the global color team. In 2018 I was asked to lead the project of bringing Injection molding to Troy MI. I was relocated to Troy and assumed the project from beginning to end. The project was completed on time and all samples for North America region are now facilitated in the Troy lab. Lead ARTC effort to bring JIT color matching to support Apple and RDSC in an effort to reduce the amount of time for color adjustments so no production time would be lost. This project was time critical; Project was to bring those capabilities to Troy within 3 months. Over the years in Troy, I have led many mold trials with Tony Padden and developed a relationship with many molders.
