• As a Loadmaster, I was responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the safe and efficient loading of cargo and baggage. I ensured proper weight and balance calculations to maintain aircraft stability, verified cargo documentation, and supervised ground crews during loading and unloading operations. My role required strict adherence to safety regulations, attention to detail, and effective communication with flight crews and operations teams to support on-time departures and overall flight safety.

• Served as a Loadmaster for two years before being promoted to a check loadmaster, also won loadmaster of the year in 2022, managed to work and load 767-300/200, 757-200, 727-200, DC-8, A321F.

• While employed at AGI, I served on the receiving team in MIA, supporting international carriers including Asiana Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, and Alitalia. I was responsible for processing airway bills in the SMARTCARGO system for both import and export shipments. My duties also included building and configuring cargo pallets (PMC, PAG, DQF, AKE, etc.), as well as operating ground support equipment such as K-loaders, forklifts, and transporters.
