- Thorough knowledge on the proper disposition between cross-functional teams including Process & Quality of all GA returns. Returns arriving from Texas, China, Buffalo, each process, and containment require different handling according to AR holds and the criteria behind each disposition.
- Experience in reworking/repairing motor gearbox, drive unit, rotor, stator, inverters for all model S, 3, X, and Y as well plaid drive units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot production issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
