  • Actively participated in the Town’s Prison Advisory Committee, Juvenile Justice Policy and Oversight Committee (JJPOC) and worked collaboratively with Department of Children and Family (DCF), Court Support Services Division (CSSD), the Office of Child Advocate (OCA)
  • Directly responsible for: 8 Captains, 3 Counselor Supervisors, 16 Lieutenants and over 200 Correction Officers
  • Ensured all personnel assigned to the Manson Youth Institution acted in accordance with all agency policies and procedures, administrative directives and rules and regulations
  • Used current and past experiences in the Program and Treatment area to develop the best and most comprehensive Master Programming Schedule that is both safe and secure, while being efficient and allowing for both staff and inmates’ input
