  • Lake Ralph Hall project includes construction of dam, 17,000 acre reservoir, pump station, meter building and pipeline for 54mgd water supply. Pipeline project included 32 miles of 66-inch to 72-inch C200 Steel Pipeline, an 1,800LF TBM 102" ID tunnel at 90VF below grade, 25 hand dug 86"ID tunnels (2,700LF total), two 66" Gate Valves w/ vaults and a 13-acre balancing reservoir. The pipeline portion consisted of 7 separate segments with 3 different companies installing. The projects was constructed using CMAR delivery. I served as the resident project representative, in the roles of CM, Lead Inspector, QM project coordinator and point of contact for the PM with primary responsibility for construction quality assurance and coordination of project inspections. I managed & mentored a team of 8 resident project representatives throughout the project.
