• I am a Construction Management / Senior Utility Inspector experienced with pipeline right-of-way instillation, fabrication in live facilities/yards, chemical plants & compressor stations. My experience includes documenting information for daily and weekly construction reports, As-Builts, weld/torque mapping, P&IDs, and Isometric drawings. My pipeline experience includes inspection of easement survey and clearing, environmental compliance, trench excavation & backfill, third party lab testing coordination, pipe installation & connections/tie-ins, welding, hydrostatic testing, site restoration, substantial & final walk throughs, PayApp reviews for accurate quantities & comments to CMAR/GC & the Clients for approval and other general inspection tasks. I am familiar with landowner contracts and permitting authorities during construction of improvements.

• Currently assisting in the preconstruction phase with tasks of developing the Quality Management & Inspection Testing Plans, reviewing plan and profiles for pipe procurement & constructability, specifications, and more for the upcoming 36 miles of 84” C250-175 Steel Pipeline. Tasked in the role of Lead Inspector, I will be managing a team of approximately 6-8 resident project representatives and be the point of contact for the CM with primary responsibility for construction quality assurance and coordination of project inspections.

• Lake Ralph Hall project includes construction of dam, 17,000 acre reservoir, pump station, meter building and pipeline for 54mgd water supply. Pipeline project included 32 miles of 66-inch to 72-inch C200 Steel Pipeline, an 1,800LF TBM 102" ID tunnel at 90VF below grade, 25 hand dug 86"ID tunnels (2,700LF total), two 66" Gate Valves w/ vaults and a 13-acre balancing reservoir. The pipeline portion consisted of 7 separate segments with 3 different companies installing. The projects was constructed using CMAR delivery. I served as the resident project representative, in the roles of CM, Lead Inspector, QM project coordinator and point of contact for the PM with primary responsibility for construction quality assurance and coordination of project inspections. I managed & mentored a team of 8 resident project representatives throughout the project.
• Mentored junior staff in construction processes, enhancing team skills and fostering professional growth.
• Conducted random daily site visits across the 32 mile long project to identify potential issues and ensure alignment with project specifications while mentoring Jr inspectors, as well as monitoring/documenting progress on the 1,800LF TBM tunnel and filling inspection gaps as needed.
• Coordinated project schedules and resources to ensure timely completion of construction phases.
• Managed subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.

• I served as Resident Project Representative for construction of a 100” dia. micro-tunnel (MTBM) crossing under SH-155, ran parallel to Frankston, TX, ISD and under multiple utilities. The crossing consisted of a 910LF long drive tunnel and used 1.0WT Permalok steel casing. I served as a Sr resident project representative and point of contact for the CM with primary responsibility for daily construction quality assurance, ground monitoring and PayApp quantity verification.

• Served as the Lead Pipeline Resident Project Representative for these projects consisting of construction of 40 miles of 42-inch and 36-inch Steel water transmission pipeline. I served as both lead inspector and assistant CM, and was the point of contact for the PM & CM with primary responsibility for construction quality assurance, inspector mentoring and coordination of project inspections.

• Project included – installation of approximately 33 miles of 90" raw & 22 miles of 84" treated steel water pipeline, water treatment facility in Leonard, a dam and 17,000 acre reservoir, in multiple sections under a CMAR contract. I served as a point of contact for the CM & PM on assigned segments of the project, with primary responsibility for construction quality assurance, daily construction reports, reviewed & commented on PayApp quantities and commented on submissions & RFI's, coordinated with CMT labs, maintained as-built & weld log documents, and assists CM.

• Senior Welding, Civil and Mechanical Inspector for multiple compressor stations and pipeline projects. Utility inspection, underground piping, concrete, building foundations, piers, pre- and post grout checks, weld mapping, bolt torque checks, earthwork, mechanical, electrical, coatings and cathodic protection inspection.
• Conducted detailed inspections of mechanical components for compliance with industry standards and specifications.

• Oversaw and inspected all new hire and recertification of welders. Kept documents of testing / auditing of welders for compliance to WPS and PQRs for Client QA inspection team.
• Documented inspection results and generated reports for quality assurance records and project audits.
• Generated logs for all mechanical , torquing and welding preformed on project.
• Supervised rod room and wrote requisitions for all consumables and verified orders upon arrival. To include MTR's on verification on all filler materials to be used on project and compliance with the WPS & Client Spec compliance.
