Bryant Davis Loayza

A compassionate student at CT State Community College I thrive to excel in and out of school, I strive to be a better person everyday by setting goals to myself but always make sure I do my best to above and beyond. A great communicator I'm able to talk with people of many backgrounds thanks to my ability to fluently speak Spanish and English. As a great speaker I'm very well in reading nonverbal queues such tone and body language. I hold over two years of experience when it comes to cash handling and being able to count tools from start to end of shifts. I have an eye for small details making sure to stay attentive for any orders that don't seem right or food that doesn't look up to standards in the case in my time at Mecha Noodle Bar. I've been worked under pressure plenty of times during peak season in food service and in season in high demand in carpentry. Skills in being able to resolve any conflict and to de-escalate situations comes with a must in the job
