Dynamic leader with a proven track record at Kecoughtan High School, excelling in roles that demand exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. Not only just on the field, but in the classroom as well. Our baseball team was known for having exceptional attendance and classroom respect. Spearheading a 14-member team at McDonald Garden Center, enhancing customer satisfaction through meticulous project management and quality control. Skilled in Microsoft Office and adept at fostering team communication, my approach has consistently delivered projects on time, showcasing a passion for excellence and leadership. My love for all sports has allowed me to be knowledgeable in all sports to understand the commitment and needs for every sport/coach/player in order to be successful. Last year I was asked to not only help coach, but to take the offensive coordinator job for Football JV team as I have been known to deal with pressure and change and not be phased by it. My goal is to one day be in charge of all the athletic departments to help them grow and to assist them in overcoming challenges and problems on their way to being successful programs- inside and outside the classroom.
