I’m a fun, outgoing, and energetic person who isn’t afraid to show a little personality. I can be a bit outspoken at times, but it comes from a place of passion and authenticity. I care deeply about my family and friends and value meaningful connections. In my spare time, I enjoy drawing and expressing creativity, spending time outdoors, and staying active — whether that’s visiting amusement parks, camping, traveling, or anything sports-related. I also love trying new foods and keeping up with the latest trends to continuously grow and evolve both personally and professionally.
I began my journey at Frisch's Big Boy as a Carry Out Team Member, where I quickly learned the importance of customer service, efficiency, and teamwork. In that role, I was responsible for taking and packaging orders, ensuring accuracy, handling payments, and creating a positive first impression for guests. This entry-level position built the foundation for my work ethic and understanding of daily restaurant operations.
Through dedication and consistency, I worked my way through every major position in the restaurant. I became a Server, where I developed strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to provide excellent dine-in experiences. I then trained in Drive-Thru operations, mastering speed, accuracy, and customer interaction in a fast-paced environment.
Expanding my knowledge further, I moved into Cook and Back-of-House (BOH) roles. There, I gained hands-on experience in food preparation, quality control, safety standards, inventory management, and maintaining kitchen efficiency. Working BOH strengthened my understanding of how every position connects to create a smooth operation. I served in a management role just below the General Manager. In this position, I oversee employees, manage shift operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and step into any station as needed — whether front-of-house or back-of-house. I help train new team members, resolve customer concerns, monitor performance, and maintain company standards.
Starting from the ground up has given me a complete understanding of restaurant operations. Because I’ve worked every position, I lead with empathy, confidence, and hands-on experience. My growth within the company reflects my commitment, leadership ability, and dedication to both team success and exceptional guest service.
I worked at a podiatrist office managing medical billing and coding responsibilities during the overnight shift. In this role, I accurately entered patient demographics, procedure codes, and insurance information to prepare and process claims for submission. Working independently, I ensured all services provided during the day were properly documented and entered into the system, minimizing errors and preventing billing delays. My strong attention to detail, knowledge of coding standards, and ability to stay organized in a self-directed environment helped maintain efficient revenue cycle operations and accurate patient records.
