  • This included to coronate, a schedule between the consumer and caregiver. Also had to manage all caregiver where clocking in and out for work on time everyday and if they did not I would have to call and find why they did not clock in or out for work that day. I had to manage about 80 to 90 case loads every day. I would have make phone calls daily to the consumers to make sure everything was going good and if their was anything they needed help with.
  • I also help completed intake process to help new consumers get approved for the waver program through the state.
  • I also help with on boarding process for new caregivers and consumers. I would go the home and complete the new consumer documents and observe their home at the same.
  • I would also complete progress notes daily, I would have to call insurance companies and talk to the case manages.
