• Coordinated fault resolution and circuit provisioning with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) as primary point of contact for transport and SATCOM issues, ensuring timely response to operational demands.
• Maintained accountability as designated local element for cryptographic material, COMSEC equipment, CCI, safes, and vault spaces, supporting secure fleet serial network encryption across multiple frequency bands.
• Execute keying material lifecycle operations: receipt, audit, key loading with SKL (Secure Key Loader), changeover, and destruction for TACLANE (KG-175), KIV-7M, KYV-5, and KSV-21 crypto in compliance with NSA/CSS Policy Manual 3-16.
• Managed key distribution through KMI and EKMS while training 100+ personnel in COMSEC handling, resulting in zero COMSEC incidents across all trained operators and crypto accounts.

Beachmaster Unit Two (BMU-2) Team Four / Communications Shop

• Administered Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) tokens and digital certificates, maintaining zero security breaches across the command.
• Managed IAM protocols to protect sensitive information, provisioned and audited system access for 300+ users and 170 assets across multiple classification levels.
• Managed key distribution through KMI and EKMS. Trained 300 personnel in COMSEC handling.
• Perform keying material lifecycle operations: receipt, audit, key loading with SKL (Secure Key Loader), changeover, and destruction for AN/PRC-150, AN/PRC 152, AN/PRC 117F, AN/PRC 117G, and Defense Advanced GPS Receiver (DAGR) crypto in compliance with CMS-3A.
• Implemented Purebred management software for command issued phones and coordinated 20H2 upgrade for all command assets.
• Completed deployment prerequisites for operational readiness and maintained 300+ personnel accounts across the command.
