As Superintendent, Bryceson supervises operations of subcontractors for site, infrastructure, structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural trades. He is responsible for detailed scheduling throughout the project and facilitates weekly coordination meetings to ensure the critical path to completion is maintained. The Superintendent is the on-site, day-to-day liaison for the project team, and works closely with the owner, architect and engineers to deliver projects on time and on budget. The Superintendent Is also responsible for ensuring all work is done in a safe and professional manner.
