- Supported daily tasks such as Washing dishes, Bussing tables, Restocking, Making drinks, and cleaning maintenance.
- Engaged in friendly banter with customers providing my knowledge of the drinks and how they were made.
- Participated in food handlers training as well as getting my food handlers license.
- Adapted quickly to escalated situations, and bringing them back down, and helping customers when issues arise.
- Stayed in frequent communication with the team leader, and my coworkers to make sure I was always up to date with new rules or additions.
