Accomplishments

I started in CNC operations. My family owed a few CNC operation locations. I started as a CNC operator. Early on I progressed to shop manager. I ran CNC's when needed. For the most part, I ran the business. Managing, scouting for new buyers, payroll, accountability, etc. This was in Florida. I came to Wisconsin in 2017. I started at Salm Partners in March of the same year. I was hired as a machine operator. Quickly went to team lead, supervisor, then 2nd shift production manager.
