 Providing high quality care for private clients, -dealing with some form of dementia, in varying stages- as a Direct Care-Aid, or as an end of life aid. Administering ADL's, assisting with med schedules/taking. Helping with ambulation assistance and showers; while being a close-companion. Making sure they were in a safe-environment; and able to proceed about their daily schedules., I have worked with care-teams, and directly with families : as their loved-ones progressed through late-stage dementia, and eventually working directly with their Hospice-care-team. I have made care-plans and helped families enact them -with their loved ones- as the disease progressed.
