- Direct the safe and efficient execution of critical test and evaluation programs involving CBRNE, C-UAS, UAS, laser, and live-fire systems. Generally conducting around seven complex tests annually.
- Manage all phases of test operations, including close customer coordination to develop the scope of work, creating cost estimates, test plans or operations plans, detailed risk assessments, and required environmental documentation.
- Guarantee mission safety and regulation adherence by continually researching updated guidance and new Army, Dugway Proving Ground, and West Desert Test Center publications.
- Extremely proficient with coordination of test center resources and other professional staff including; metal/weld shops for the fabrication and modifications of test fixtures, instrumentation, heavy equipment/range support, engineering, range control, dissemination and explosives, meteorology, hazardous waste, scientist etc. This has been achieved by building a great working relationship with Dugway customers both internal and external.
