Ahern Fabrication Facility, Fond Du Lac, WI

• Executed client surveillance for Flanagan, IL and Griffith, IN terminal locations.
• Oversaw personnel qualifying welding procedures and testing welders for GMAW, FCAW, and SAW methods.
• Performed surveillance on welding operations and prepared comprehensive reports to validate conformity with established welding protocols. Monitored weld maps for accurate documentation of materials and welders. Coordinated nondestructive testing teams to guarantee timely delivery of testing results.

• Oversaw quality control and document management processes, leading a team of 6 lead QC personnel and 36 field inspectors on major Capital Projects and Turnarounds.
