10 Years 9 Months- Led the day to day operations of a high volume , fast paced restaurants over seeing 50+ staff depending on the location.
- Worked with the training team to develop and implemented training programs to improve staff performance and Hospitality /Service in a fast growing brand this included MIT programs, On the Road Training Teams, Internal Promotes with in to Managers.
- Led operational strategy, enhancing efficiency across multiple restaurant locations. Worked with teams in Texas , Missouri, Kansas, Kentucky and Indiana with store development, marketing and people. from the University of Texas, ACL, KU Football and KC Chiefs theses where all great opportunities for the brand and our culture.
