• Printout inventory sheet and have a walk around with the agent to find the hardware.
• Migrate the client system by use of the WIT Tool software, de-install and install the desktops and scanners, and configured the network printer.

• Verified the work order and the VIN of the vehicles matches
• Scan the vehicle to find out the next location and take it to the shipping point
• Sometimes accessories the vehicles when needed, fueled the vehicles, and hang the sales label on the one of the windows.
• Sign and date the work order before leaving it.

• Parked and retrieved automobiles, successfully driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Issued ticket stubs and placed numbered tags on windshields to assist customers with locating vehicles.

• Migrated laptops and desktops, ran script, drivers for printers, configured BIOS and the client system to receive a generic name, and help desk support when needed.
