• Supervising the daily operation of inmate housing areas, inmate movement throughout the facility and safety and security of inmates and staff alike.

• Continually monitor dormitories, pods, cell blocks and lock ups for inappropriate activity.
• Supervise meal distribution and observe inmates during meals.
• Conduct pre and post trip equipment inspections of transport vehicles.
• Transport inmates to medical and dental appointments.
• Sign in all visitors and completed appropriate visitation logs.
• Maintain daily activity logs.

• Assisted the Maintenance supervisor in the hiring process of new employees, ordering supplies and making daily work schedules.
• Supervision of 8 to 10 employees.
• Scheduling and keeping a log of all contract painters, carpet cleaners, carpet installers, electricians, plumbers and all other workers throughout the property.
• Positively engaged and worked closely with tenants and customers.
• Performed daily maintenance calls, after hour maintenance calls and housing inspections with HUD/ Section 8 representatives.
• Became Maintenance supervisor in December 2007 until February 2008.

Interior and exterior painting of apartment units and other random and miscellaneous jobs that were needed on property.

• Promptly disposed of debris, trash, and recyclable materials that were left on the property.
• Cleared and trashed out vacant apartments.
• Cleaned and delivered appliances to the apartment units that needed them.

• Observed all safety regulations when working in or near hazardous zones, such as flight decks and elevator trunks.
• Completed movement of bombs and missles via elevators throughout the ship while at sea and in port.
