  • 2021 - Accenture (BPO): Played an intrathecal part in the success of the removal of a Corrective Action Plan implemented prior to my onboarding.
  • 2020 – Conduent (BPO): Selected to be a project manager and Senior Manager/Deputy Director for the transitioning of 2 call centers and Electronic Verification (EVV) by the Client, with extremely short timelines for implementation.
  • 2019 - Conduent (BPO): As the Director developed and implemented a strategic plan to successfully exceed our Service Level Agreement with the client in avoiding paying millions of dollars in penalties. Selected as part of the Executive Team in creating, releasing, and scoring of the vendors that responded to the RFI for Centennial Care Transportation.
  • 2018 – Conduent (BPO): Successfully spearheaded the absorption of new business in the Medicaid call center operations that increased the monthly call volume from 27,000 to 85,000 or more calls monthly. This included hiring and proficiently training onsite and virtual staffers to absorb the additional call volume.
  • 2017 – Conduent (BPO): Selected as the Coordinator for the annual Ernest and Young audit. Under my coordination, for the first time, the company did not incur additional charges are penalties related to late or missing documentation.
  • 2017 - Conduent (BPO): Generated more than eight million dollars in additional revenue by promoting the organization's ability to improved business functionalities and automation services to current clients and stakeholders.
  • 2016 - Conduent (BPO): Based on past successes in meeting or exceeding SLAs, received an executive recommendation and career promotion, to a new position, where I designed and drove a critical corrective action process that upon completion, satisfied regulatory requirements and formed the foundation for implementing an effective continuous improvement plan.
  • 2015 - Conduent (BPO): As an Operations Manager, utilized Avaya/CMS to design and implement an automated solution for meeting the internal and external stakeholders' daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements.
  • 2014 - Conduent (BPO): Under an extremely aggressive project timeline, pioneered the implementation of the Medicaid Expansion Hotline required to accept enrollment applications via phone for the New Mexico Affordable Care Act. Call Center was recognized as one of the few that became 100% operable before the mandated deadline.
  • 2014 - Conduent (BPO): As an Operations Manager, authored the development, training and implementation of an internal multi-functional support team consisting of call center agents and transaction processors specifically to assist other departments call centers to also meet and exceed their SLAs. The success of this cost saving measure eliminated the time, cost and effort required to hire the additional full-time employees.
