• Conduct intake services to new clients and assessments for renewal of services with agency
• Provide direct counseling therapy, behavioral interventions, and other strategies in treatment of clients, including individual adult and child counseling, family counseling and group counseling
• Assess clients for risk of suicide
• Participate in treatment team meetings, provide input, and write progress notes daily
• Develop treatment plans focused on client goals
• Consult with agency psychiatrist and members of treatment team concerning treatment plan and amend plan as needed
• Refer client and collaborate with agency Employment Support services and Case Management services
• Create and maintain client related documentation including federal and state mandated record keeping

• Responsible for the overall operations and administration of the medical practice
• Direct and coordinate the business's financial and budget activities-billing, coding & collections
• Hire, terminate, train staff, assess employee performance, delegate responsibilities, supervise receptionists, medical assistants, medical billers and coders
• Review financial analysis, sales and activity reports and other performance data to measure results and goal achievement.
