Instructed and provided water safety for all levels and all ages of surfers. Maintained safe and enjoyable camp experience for all guests, in and out of the water. Successfully managed guest experience under sometimes stressful circumstances which includes extreme surf conditions, nonexistent surf, those who overestimate their skill, true beginner surfers, and everything in between.

Assisted customers in all aspects of their in-store experience, including helping customers find an item, assisting them with their purchase and resolving their complaints. Maintained stock on the sales floor as well as backroom. Performed cashier duties.

Responsible for all aspects of customer service for guests of the Beach Club. Maintained Poche Beach Club beach and water safety. Responsible for Beach Club equipment storage, organization, and maintenance. Upheld a high level of customer service for private events at the Beach Club throughout the season.

Worked as a Greeter and Busboy at SC Cafe, an iconic local diner. Responsible for keeping guests happy while they waited, sometimes long periods, to be seated. Seated guests, bussed tables, cleaned restaurant and maintained stock levels.
