To demonstrate excellence in my role at Regal Cinemas my daily tasks included, the ability to demonstrate quality customer service by adapting to guests' behavior, having a friendly attitude, and showing my understanding of member promotions and discounts. Balancing and organizing cash registers by handling cash, counting change, and storing coupons. Striving for excellent time management and flexibility in order to ensure a clean space within the time frame of always changing theater out times. Developing a strong rapport with customers and creating a positive impression of the business. In addition to volunteering for extra shifts during holidays and other busy periods to alleviate staffing shortages.

In this role, I was responsible for the care of twin elementary aged children. Both of these children are impacted by special needs. My job duties included managing the children's homework and after school chores, meals, and conflict resolution.

As a personal support worke,r my job duties included teaching an individual, who is impacted by developmental delays, daily living skills, effective communication, and self-regulation. My main role was to supervise this individual completing daily tasks while providing support. This individual experiences high behavioral challenges which has taught me to problem solve when traditional methods were unsuccessful. This hasincreasede my ability to anticipate others' needs and respond in a way that makes sense for that individual.
