- Being coordinator means I'm in charge of a group of 6 people, 2 forklift drivers and 4 ground people
- We build pallets of diaper boxes following set patterns and the weekly schedule
- As we build these pallets we look for damaged boxes and scrap them out
- When we are done building the pallets I produce the material using the handheld scanner
- I will communicate to my crew at the beginning of every shift what we are building and how many we are building
- Throughout the day I make sure everyone is wearing their PPE and working in a safe manner
- I also fill out paperwork tracking how much we build through the day

- I use the RFT to look at my order screen to complete orders thus keep the lines running
- I will pick an order from my order screen, drive to the bay where the material is scan it out and deliver it to the line that ordered it
- Sometimes I will unload material off of trailers and put them away

- The forklift driver would unload the trailers and I would sort the pallets, taking out the broken ones and grabbing any garbage in between the pallets
- I would have to make a good stack of 7 pallets for the forklift drivers
- After sorting the pallets I would throw away any garbage left on the floor and sweep, making the floor clean for the next trailer

- I would take samples out of the fridge, scan them onto a list, print the paperwork and check for anything that needed more attention then put the runs back in the fridge to be ran through the machine
- When running the machines I would load the test and make sure that it goes through without any issue, sometimes I would have to stop the machine to clear an error
