Bartending and Serving are a true passion. One must love what they do to want to give 100%. I love to bartend and serve. With bartending I love getting to know people I just don't look at it as a job because to me it is so much more than that.
Experienced bartender with a strong background in event management and customer service, adept at creating engaging environments for guests during various events. Successfully developed promotional materials and organized event calendars to enhance guest engagement and foot traffic. Demonstrated effective multitasking abilities by managing multiple drink orders while ensuring compliance with liquor laws and maintaining cleanliness of the bar area. Trained junior staff on service standards and safety procedures, contributing to improved team performance and operational efficiency.
This industry is a passion, a true to the heart enjoyable experience as their may be good days or hard complicated events or easy its what keeps you on your toes and those special moments over time or the special people you get to meet and be a part of the regular day to them or a part of a big event or just a once in a time meet that may leave a huge imprint on your heart. Few facts about myself are I absolutely love to make fun creative drinks, Crack a beer, poor a good Ole jack and coke but I personally don't drink. I am a very creative a driven individual who puts my all into everything I do even if its mopping the floor. I love to smile and enjoy learning about others I feel like teamwork no matter what your position is, we'll is extremely important as everyone should feel important and a part of the work environment thru years I have observed ans noticed that the way we treat others reflects on the way others may care to do the job at hand and if everyone feels good and wants to come to work than others and especially customers/guests can feel that energy. I make it a personal priority to everyday make sure I give atleast 4 compliments a day. To a stranger, an employee etc. Employees need to hear what good they are doing not just the wrong so they can. Keep a positive outlook on one's work environment. The biggest thing I learned all these years in the industry is if everyone is enjoying what they do and feel part of a team the easier it is for people to want to help out other areas more, work together more, and give a great energy that guests can truly see and enjoy and it keeps your turn over lower. To some it is just a job, to myself it is a passion and a always to strive to do better, be better and work harder.
