Additional Information

To add to the ever growing lists of computer programs, along with Microsoft Office tools, Excel and Word, Google Sheets, Adobe Acrobat Sign, I have completed training with Quick Books, and FINET. I have enjoyed the many opportunities provided by the division and look towards a knew challenge. Though it has been a few short years, I retain the information I obtained while employed and managing the Uintah Animal Shelter and Special Service District. Most of my daily duties included, scheduling, tracking and submitting employee hours for payroll, vendor information input on manual purchase order requisites. Our budgets are however handled by an outside entity and thus I would keep my own record, via Excel, of most expenditures. The overall operating budget was below a million at the time. I have been privy to the Districts Board meetings, where I could provide statistical charts I had compiled of the previous months impounds and releases of animals at the shelter and voice any concerns of the day-to-day functionality of staff or building operations. I have over fifteen years of experience in customer service, from one on one to large group presentations.
