Being a Support Service Coordinator III includes overseeing multiple budget expenditures and ensuring employees are within state policies. I provide monthly expenditure reports to each section lead as well as communicate and correcting any errors found. I have helped organize and implement information/funding provided for our master budget, having completed a budget build before end of fiscal year. I have successfully completed two fiscal year end procedures, and oversaw the most recent one, while training a new employee of its processes. I have started to my enhance my management knowledge by working through a Leadership Development Program. I have not completed any courses yet. I attend bi-weekly Region Leadership meetings, where section leads provide updates or concerns for the region. In previous positions I would attend board meetings where I would provide statistical charts I had compiled of the previous months impounds and releases of animals at the shelter and voice any concerns of the day-to-day functionality of staff or building operations. I have over 15 years of experience in customer service, from one on one to large group presentations.
