Motivated and passionate student-athlete at the University of North Florida, and a senior on the baseball team. I have a strong academic background in finance and business. My experience also includes leadership positions, volunteer work, and entrepreneurial experiences which has shaped me into the person I am today. •My role was to oversee the 20+ participants enrolled in the summer internship program, as well as stepping in to help work on the financial, land use, zoning, and development side of the company.
•Worked as an intern at Global Payments, a Fortune 500 company, and a worldwide leader in the payment technology space. Focused on developing my financial and marketing skills throughout the internship.
•Prepared reports to assist Executive Leadership in making better business decisions.
•Anticipated the needs of team members and executive leadership, managed change, and handled multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment by providing proactive and well-thought-out support.
•Traveled to Cleveland, Ohio, to support corporate initiatives for the IT side of the business.
• Shadowed and learned the following development areas: land development, land use and zoning, horizontal construction, vertical construction, multi-family development, and debt and equity financing.
•Assisted and reviewed drafts of Planned Unit Developments (PUDs).
•I sat in on conference calls between contractors, designers, and management within Corner Lot.
•Viewed construction plans, including lot elevation, tree mitigation, phase completion, and road and paving.
•Compiled due diligence for potential properties in the greater Jacksonville area.
