I am a college graduate, with a math major. For fourteen years I devoted myself to being a mom to my two children. Once I did return to the work force I was first a teacher's aid, then teacher, then office aid. I enjoyed my time at each of these jobs learning how to interact with children, parents, and staff. As a math major I naturally think critically, but I have picked up customer service a long the way, acquiring it through means of experiences I had before college.
