While being an Activity Aide at Maryhill, I have been working with the residents (Most of the time the residents with dementia) and assisting them with their basic necessities throughout the day like helping them eat, keeping them active, and also making sure they are enjoying themselves. This job requires extreme patience and the understanding of their individual needs.

At the bank, I was a teller who helped customers with cashing and also depositing their checks, making withdrawals, etc. I worked with customers who came into the bank and also who came in the drive through.

I managed the on site store at the Vocational Center to ensure smooth functioning of the store, maintaining a clean, safe environment for customers and employees. I managed inventory control, cash, and store opening and closing procedures. I also managed other student employees successfully in fast-paced environment with proactive communication and positive feedback.
